This program will bring real change to how you lead people. You won't be learning theories; you'll be practicing the situations you deal with daily- such as conflicts, feedback, motivation and team development.
The Academy is divided into 3 main modules. Each focuses on a different aspect of mastering the conversations that determine trust, performance and collaboration:
- 1. How to lead operational 1:1s: You will build trust and prevent problems and misunderstandings before they arise.
- 2. How to deliver feedback: You will learn do address things directly, yet with human touch.
- 3. How to lead development conversations: You will foster independence, growth and solution-oriented mindset in your people.

THO POWER OF TRAINING WITH AN ACTRESS
You will have the opportunity to practice difficult conversations without consequences, yet with real emotion. The actress is a professionally trained partner who can realistically simulate conflicts, feedback and challenging conversations, helping you prepare for tough moments in a safe environment. You will recieve real, immediate feedback and learn to respond with ease and composure.
Take note: everything happens voluntarily, with respect and with a high degree of psychological safety. Nothing is mandatory. Everyone chooses for themselves how far they want to go at what pace.
