  • 3. How to lead development conversations: You will foster independence, growth and solution-oriented mindset in your people.

THO POWER OF TRAINING WITH AN ACTRESS

You will have the opportunity to practice difficult conversations without consequences, yet with real emotion. The actress is a professionally trained partner who can realistically simulate conflicts, feedback and challenging conversations, helping you prepare for tough moments in a safe environment. You will recieve real, immediate feedback and learn to respond with ease and composure. 

Take note: everything happens voluntarily, with respect and with a high degree of psychological safety. Nothing is mandatory. Everyone chooses for themselves how far they want to go at what pace.

MODULE 1: Operational and calibration conversations (starting September 17, 2026)

TOPIC 1: Self-Awareness and leadership identity (1 day): The transition from the "firefighter" role to a concsious leader. Understanding your own communicative impact on the team.
TOPIC 2: Effective and clear communication (1 day): Precision in assigning tasks and veifying understanding. The art of listening to what an employee doesn't say out loud.
TOPIC 3: Open-ended questions and accountability (1 day): How to stop providing step-by-step instruction in 1:1 conversations and teach people to find their own solutions.

TOPIC 8: Negotiation and argumentation in 1:1 conversations (1 day): How to handle objections such as "it's not possible" and win people over for a shared goal.

TOPIC 9: Leading development conversations (1 day): The highest level of 1:1 meetings. A coaching approach to growth, identifying potential and the targeted preparation of successors.

Registration and terms of participation

Participation in the program is subject to a short introductory interview. This servesto align expectations and create a group with a balanced dynamic. The goal is to ensure that participants can share, train and grow together - safely, openly and effectively.

In the event that the minimum number of participants is not reached, the organizer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the session (with the option of a full refund).
